About Dennis D'Amelio

Dennis D’Amelio is a native New Yorker. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute. He was the recipient of ED Foundation and Gottlieb Foundation grants. In 2000 he had a Lower Manhattan Cultural Council residency at the World Trade Center. A painting done during the residency is now in the collection of The New York Historical Society. As a full time lecturer he wrote and developed degree and occupational certificate programs in applied design studies and industrial design technologies for CUNY at LaGuardia Community College.
